Copyright Policy

We do not knowingly host content that infringes copyright. When we receive a complete and valid notice, we remove or disable access to the material, notify the author who uploaded it, and record the complaint.

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material are terminated.

To be effective, a notice should contain all of the following:

• your full name and contact details, including an email address;
• identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed;
• the specific Inkly link or listing containing the material;
• a description of why the use is not authorised;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is infringing;
• a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them;
• your physical or electronic signature.

Use the form below. It collects everything required and routes your notice directly to the person responsible for handling copyright matters. We aim to acknowledge valid notices within 3 business days.

If your listing was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send us a counter-notice through the same form, explaining why the content is lawful and providing your contact details. We may restore the content where appropriate.

We keep a record of substantiated notices. Where an author is the subject of repeated valid notices, we suspend their publishing privileges and terminate their account.

Please note that knowingly filing a false or misleading infringement notice can expose you to liability. Only submit a notice where you genuinely hold or represent the rights concerned.
