Refund & Returns Policy

In the EU and UK, consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once delivery has begun — but only where you have given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the withdrawal right.

By completing checkout you confirm that you want your ebook delivered immediately and that you understand you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once the download has started.

• The file is corrupt, unreadable, or is not the book you ordered.
• You were charged twice for the same ebook.
• You were charged for an ebook you did not order, or the purchase was unauthorised.
• The ebook was withdrawn or removed before you could download it.

• You changed your mind after downloading the ebook.
• You no longer want the book for a reason that was clear before purchase (for example, genre, length, or content you had a chance to review).
• You bought the wrong book but have already downloaded it — please contact the author or us and we will try to help where we can.

Contact us through the contact page within 14 days of purchase. Include the email address used at checkout, the title of the ebook, and your order or payment reference. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.

Where a refund is issued, the associated download access is revoked.

If your file will not open, tell us the device and app you are using. Many issues are resolved by supplying a different format (PDF or EPUB) rather than a refund.

When a customer is refunded, the corresponding author earning is reversed and excluded from future payouts.

This policy sits alongside — and does not replace — your mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.
